One who needs to learn how to practise 'healthy living' as told by everyone around him.so that means no coke. no ramly. no salt. no weekly fastfood. no junk food. no ramen & maggie. no mamak. no anything that is unhealthy =( and to run,jog and work out more so that his body doesn't lose out to his younger brother.
